Love it or Hate it- it’s a classic Taiwanese dish. Fermented Stinky tofu deep fried, with some pickled vegetables. The restaurant here has a good fermented flavor, one of the best I’ve had outside of Taiwan. Only downside is the price
COI- Amuse Bouche
Solid but forgettable. Rice puff with some greens, with an avocado cream. Taste just like a light rice cracker/puff with guacamole. Tasty, but nothing too complex.
BIGA- Wood Fired Swordfish Steak
Swordfish beautifully cooked in the wood fired oven. Fish was fresh and tender. Best thing of the night
May Flower- Tea Smoked Duck
Duck was amazing- other dishes not so much. Beautifully smoked, still juicy, and a nice duck with a lot of meat and not a lot of fat. A must order
Homemade- Smoked Soy Garlic Wings
Marinated in some Soysauce, fish sauce, lemon, garlic and Sriracha, then smoked on a Weber Kettle until perfect I’m conceited i’ll give myself 5 stars

Golden Palace – Scallops, Steak, & Green Peas
Steak pieces were tender, Scallops had a nice sear to them. A little bit oily overall
